Refund policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, and within 10 days of you having received it. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping charges on your purchase (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Sale and Layby items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or layby items cannot be refunded.

Layby's must be paid according to the agreed payment plan. If payment default by longer than 4 weeks, the layby will be deemed cancelled by default. Your payments will be refunded less your initial deposit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
