In this painting, Pansy illustrates Ntang Ngelyerr, a type of edible grass seed that the kangaroos like to eat. Ntang is the word for seed and ngelyerr is the type of grass. There is a story for Ntang Ngelyerr belonging to Pansy and other women of her country.
